Description:
Add new life to an old favorite. It could be an old footstool you want to re-cover or a maybe a chair seat. This project is also perfect to use as a pillow cover or a wall hanging. In the first class, you will create a multi-layered batting of wool roving of your own design. In the second class, we will use wet felting techniques to adhere the wool fibers to a natural woven fabric and create a beautiful and soft, yet strong, textile for your use at home on the project of your choosing. Maximum finished felted fabric size is 24" x 24" or 576 square inches - can be a range of shapes. All materials provided.
Policy: Classes must be paid for in advance in order to reserve
your space. If a class is canceled, we will provide a refund or an
in-store credit. If you cannot take a class you've registered for, you
may find someone to take your spot -- no refunds unless you cancel with
30 days (or more) notice. |
